Salt Lick Trail is a 8. The trail is primarily used for hiking, running, and nature trips and is best used from April until September. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash. Ok trail with a couple unmarked forks nothing crazy that you should simply use to link to other trails in the surrounding network for hiking or trail running. Not much to see along the way, just a gradual incline up to Lily Pad trail with a mostly wooded and sometimes narrow path.

Salt Lick to Lily Pad Lake is a 9. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, and nature trips and is best used from April until September. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash. Beautiful trail but not well marked.
News News. The start of the Ptarmigan Loop is absolutely brutal, could be a hike-a-bike for most. But after that there is some nice rolly singletrack that will take you up and down until you get to a bench 2 miles up with a beautiful view. From there it continues to get steep and rocky until the top.
This trail follows a wash along the south end and then ditches that for more interesting singletrack. Don't miss the turn out of the wash if northbound or off of the two-track if southbound.
